Indoor Cup winners/ Wasabi's THE name/Inaugural indoor Spirit of the League Award
11 months ago

Hats off to Mark D’Agostino’s grey-jerseyed troops for their 3-0 win against Paul Kitcher’s Undertakers in the BASL’s indoor cup final on April 26, in front of 40 or so other BA faithful at the Gloucester Superdome. Comfy grey (an omen?) hoodies were awarded to the champs.

Brian Garson’s Wasabi Warriors lined up at the LCBO the next day after winning the best-team-name contest, each walking away with a 10$ gift card from the provincial purveyor of wine and spirits.

Finally, the first-ever Indoor Spirit of the League Award was presented in absentia to Nem Jevtovic at the pub following the final. Nem missed the second half of his crucial third-round cup game to take his injured buddy Jose (from the opposing tem) to the hospital. Class redefined.

Tighty Whities crowned BA "knighties"

With a tough 5-3 win over e-Lemonators on Thursday, March 29, Nem Jevtovic’s men in white walked away with the regular-season title of the BASL’s 2017-18 Indoor Season. Hats off to all the lads as they now try to make it two knighthoods by winning the Indoor Cup as well, which starts April 5.
